Return contamination monitor RC Monitor

RC monitor (RETURN CONTAMINATION MONITOR) is a monitor to prevent contaminants accidentally mixed in the return line of the ultrapure water system from affecting the ultrapure water quality at use points.
Response time is within one minute. This equipment can simultaneously monitor ions, TOC (total organic carbon), DO (dissolved oxygen), and H₂O₂ (hydrogen peroxide), and prevent contamination by return water to the ultrapure water with this monitor alone.
