Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Decomposition System TOC-UV

This equipment decomposes TOC using the wavelength of ultraviolet rays (185 nm) for trace organic components contained in water.
The flow path of treated water and chamber shape are optimized and designed so that ultraviolet rays are effectively irradiated.
Organic components can be decomposed into organic acids or inorganic carbonic acid with this equipment. It is suitable for processing relatively low TOC concentrations from several ppb to several tens of ppb.

• It is possible to remove trace organic components with high efficiency using a low-pressure UV lamp.
• As no additives are used, water quality is not lowered. It is a clean TOC removal technology.
• Space saving is achieved by stacking the chambers vertically.
• By adopting large-sized lamps, it is possible to handle processing of large flow rates.
